By purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Services are provided by Sarah Brandow, MSc Nutrition, PhD candidate.
Microbiome Testing and Analysis: an at-home microbiome test kit, two 45 minute consultations, and a written interpretation of your results with individualised recommendations.
Master Your Microbiome™ Coaching Program: a 90 day program including a 60 minute intake call, three 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions delivered by Zoom, an at-home microbiome test kit with laboratory analysis and written interpretation, access to the Trainerize platform for the duration of the program, and messaging support.
Full delivery detail is set out in the program agreement provided at onboarding.
Both services are designed to provide insight into factors influencing energy, digestion, hormonal health, and overall function. Neither service includes ongoing clinical care.
These services are for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified medical professional.
Sarah Brandow holds an MSc in Nutrition and is a PhD candidate researching the gut-hormone axis. She is not a treating physician and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Decisions about medication, treatment, diagnosis, and laboratory retesting rest with your own physician.

These services are not intended for acute or emergency situations, or for conditions requiring medical treatment, diagnosis, or ongoing clinical supervision.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, confirm with your physician that participation is appropriate before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, seek guidance from a qualified medical professional before purchasing.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, and intolerances, and for providing accurate information at intake and throughout your service. Recommendations are made on the basis of the information you provide.
Results and outcomes depend on individual factors and your level of implementation. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Microbiome Testing and Analysis: due to the personalised nature of this service and the inclusion of testing, refunds are not offered once the process has begun. This includes after purchase and booking, after the test kit has been dispatched, and after either consultation has taken place. Once a test kit has been dispatched it cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Master Your Microbiome™ Coaching Program: the program is a fixed 90 day commitment. The fee is not refundable in whole or in part, including where you choose to stop participating, stop attending sessions, or become unresponsive.
If circumstances change significantly during a service, contact Sarah Brandow to discuss options. Any pause, deferral, or partial credit is at her discretion and is not an entitlement.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to the full instalment schedule at the point of purchase. The total fee remains payable in full regardless of how many sessions you attend or how much of the service you use.
Any supplement or product recommendation is made on the basis of your individual data and history, and is a suggestion for you to review with your physician before starting.
Products are not sold as part of either service, and no product is dispensed or supplied.
Supplements are manufactured and sold by third parties. Sarah Brandow is not responsible for the quality, formulation, availability, or safety of third-party products, or for any reaction to them. Check labels for allergens and confirm suitability with your physician or pharmacist, particularly alongside prescribed medication.
All protocols, written interpretations, meal plans, guides, and Master Your Microbiome™ materials remain the intellectual property of Sarah Brandow. They are provided under a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use, and may not be copied, distributed, published, resold, or shared.
Your personal and health-related information is treated as confidential and used to deliver your service. Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given at intake.
Your data will never be sold. It is shared only with the third-party platforms and laboratory partner required to deliver your service, and only to the extent needed. Service delivery uses third-party platforms including Trainerize, an online booking system, Zoom, and a laboratory partner for sample analysis, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Confidentiality will only be broken where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or the safety of another person.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Brandow shall not be liable for:
Total liability in connection with a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.
You acknowledge that you use these services at your own discretion and risk.
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to you is the version in force on the date you purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of Tulum, Quintana Roo have jurisdiction. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
